1. No cookies, and nothing standing in for them
Browsing tech.rockenue.com sets no cookies. Nor do we use any of the things that usually accompany them:
- no web analytics — no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixels;
- no advertising or remarketing tags;
- no social media buttons, embeds or share widgets;
- no chat widget or session recording;
- no third-party fonts — the typeface is served from our own servers, so your browser makes no request to Google or any other font host;
- no fingerprinting, local storage or similar technique used as a substitute for cookies.
Under Polish telecommunications law and the ePrivacy rules, consent is required before storing anything on your device that is not strictly necessary. We store nothing, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.
2. The two technical exceptions
For completeness, two cookies exist in the platform's code and can be set in narrow circumstances. Neither is set for an ordinary visitor to this site, and neither tracks anybody:

Both are strictly necessary for the function they serve and would not require consent even where they are set.
3. Server logs are not cookies
Our servers keep ordinary request logs, and we record your IP address if you submit the contact form, in order to rate-limit it. That is not done with cookies and does not involve storing anything on your device. It is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Hotel booking sites are different
Hotels running on our platform have their own websites on their own domains. Those sites do use cookies — for the booking basket, and where the hotel has switched on analytics, for measurement after the guest consents. Each hotel publishes its own cookie policy and shows its own consent banner. This page covers only tech.rockenue.com.
5. Controlling cookies generally
Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies through its settings. Because this site sets none, changing those settings will not affect how it works for you.
6. Changes
If we ever introduce a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting it and update this page and its date. We will not quietly start measuring you.
