1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Rockenue Tech sp. z o.o., registered seat in Kraków, ul. Józefa Chełmońskiego 118/4, 31-348 Kraków, Poland, KRS 0001246600, NIP 9452331438, REGON 544967330, share capital PLN 5,000. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "the site" means tech.rockenue.com.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2. What this site is
The site describes our booking platform and how to reach us. That is all it does. You cannot buy anything here, there is no account to create, and nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Any commercial relationship begins with a separate written agreement.
3. Illustrative figures
Some pages carry worked examples — including a calculator comparing commission on bookings made through online travel agents with our platform fee, and specimen prices, rates and hotel names shown inside product illustrations.
These are illustrations, not quotations or forecasts. The calculator applies a single assumed commission rate to a figure you choose, and it assumes bookings move from an agent to your own site, which no booking engine achieves in full. Real commission rates, real platform fees and the real effect on any particular hotel differ. Nothing of the kind is a promise of savings, revenue or performance, and you should not make a commercial decision on the strength of it. Ask us for figures for your property.
4. Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any system connected to it;
- interfere with the site's operation, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details from it, including for unsolicited marketing;
- submit anything through the contact form that is false, misleading, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
We limit how many enquiries can be sent from one connection in an hour, and may block access where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.
5. What you send us
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you confirm you are entitled to send it. Do not send confidential information through the contact form: it is an ordinary business enquiry channel and should not be treated as a secure one. How we handle what you send is set out in the Privacy Policy.
An enquiry places you under no obligation and creates no contract between us.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its content, its design, its software and the Rockenue name and marks belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
Hotel names, marks and photographs shown on the site remain the property of those hotels and appear with their agreement.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to hotels running on our platform and to Rockenue International Group. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability and accuracy
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and information on it may become out of date. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intentional fault, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Polish law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of the site or reliance on anything published on it — including the illustrative figures in section 3.
This site is aimed at businesses. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies to your use of the site.
11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Polish law, and the courts having jurisdiction over our registered seat in Kraków have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
